Kenya's beaches are divided into three - North Coast,South Coast and the Kenyan Islands.

1) South coast

Kenya's South Coast enjoys prime positioning on one of the world's most stunning beaches. Tropical gardens drop onto the white sandy shores of the Indian Ocean below where waters are calm due to the coral barrier reef - a haven for divers.

2) North coast

The north coast of Kenya is blessed with clear powder white sandy beaches and surrounded by swaying coconut palm gloves and magnificent old stoic baobabs, tidals of lagoon of mangrove creeks teeming with exotic bird-life and the venue for Sundowner cruises on an Arabic dhow.

Beaches at south coast include: Nyali, Bamburi, watamu,vipingo,kikambala, & Shanzu Beach.

3) Kenya Islands

Kenyan Islands are largely very traditional with most residents still clinging to their traditions and even their traditional activities still goiong on. The islands have private beaches and a remoteness that allows them to be perfect getaways and retreat spots.

For access, you will have to get onto a motor-boat or ferry, to cross over to the islands.
