11 nights / 12 Days Kenya Family safari

Day 1 : Arrival Nairobi

Pick up from the airport on arrival and transfer to the Sarova Staney Hotel for overnight rest. (or similar) Bed & Breakfast.

Day 2 : Nairobi

You will spend the day visiting the famous Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the Langata Giraffe Centre, and lunching at the Karen Blixen Museum. Overnight at the Sarova Stanley hotel. (or similar) Bed & Breakfast.

Day 3 : Nairobi – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

After breakfast, your expert driver/guide pick, brief you and you will depart from your hotel to Ol Pejeta private conservancy. You will spend the day spotting wildlife and visiting the famous Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Serena Olpejeta House / Sweetwaters Tented Camp. (or similar)

Day 4 : Ol Pejeta conservancy

You will spend the day how you wish – going on a game drive, visiting the world-renowned rhino sanctuary, or spending a little time relaxing at the camp. Dinner and overnight at Serena Olpejata House / Sweetwaters Tented Camp. (or similar)

Day 5 : Olpejeta – Lake Nakuru

From Olepejeta Conservancy, descend into the Great Rift Valley where Lake Nakuru is located, to view the floating masses of pink flamingos and birdlife of the lake. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill . (or similar)

Day 6 : Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart for Masai Mara National park with game drive en route. After a short rest you will proceed for an afternoon game drive in Masai Mara National Park. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Serena Lodge. (or similar)

Day 7 : Masai Mara

Full day game viewing at the Masai Mara National park. with viewing various games  birds, herds of Antelopes, Zebra, giraffe, Elephants, gazelle, etc. At Masai Mara you go for a late afternoon game drive with high chances of seeing the’ Big five’ and many other wild animals set to retire for the day. Dinner and overnight at the Mara Serena Lodge. (or similar)

Day 8 : Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

From Mara, drive to Naivasha, home of the famous Lake Naivasha. Afternoon game drive enroute arriving for lunch. Dinner & Overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge. (or similar)

Day 9 : Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, take an exciting walking safari amongst the dramatic landscape of Hell’s Gate National Park.  You will be accompanied by an experienced guide. Later visit the famous Elsamere, home of Joy and George Adamson of the ‘born free’ movie fame. Enjoy a boatride and lunch as you spot for the colombus monkey. Take an afternoon game drive enroute to Naivasha Sopa Lodge. (or similar)

Day 10 : Naivasha – Amboseli

Depart Naivasha for Amboseli national park via Namanga border town for lunch. Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena (or Similar).

Day 11 : Amboseli

Proceed for an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. A further game drive will follow. Plains game including giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and various antelopes can be seen. A lunch and leisure break at the lodge will be followed by an evening game drive, looking out for the peak of Kilimanjaro which can be seen in clear weather. Elephants and hippos can be seen bathing in the swamp grounds which get their water from springs fed by the melting snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro . Dinner and overnight at the Amboseli Serena or Similar.

Day 12 : Amboseli – Nairobi

Take an early morning game drive if desired and, according to your schedule, depart for Nairobi after breakfast for your flight departure home.
